Are your products truly 100% natural and organic?
Yes, our promise is transparency and purity. All ingredients are either certified organic or sustainably wild-harvested. How do I know which ritual set is right for me?
Our rituals are categorized by intention: Grounding for morning energy, Calming for evening rest, and Detoxifying for weekly renewal. If you're new, we recommend the 'Soft Terrain Set' for general hydration. For personalized guidance, please reach out to our team!
Are your products safe for sensitive skin or pregnant users?
While our ingredients are clean and minimal, we always advise consulting with a healthcare professional before introducing new products during pregnancy. For highly sensitive skin, we recommend performing a small patch test on your inner wrist 24 hours prior to use.
What is your shipping time and cost?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days. Shipping is free for all orders over $75 within the local region of Beirut Lebanon. Otherwise, a flat $6 fee applies.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your ritual. We accept returns of unopened products within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. If you are unhappy with an opened product, please contact us, we can often suggest a better ritual match or offer store credit.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Because we use only natural preservatives (like Vitamin E and Rosemary Extract), most of our anhydrous (water-free) products, like body oils and butters, have a shelf life of 18-24 months when stored in a cool, dark place. Products containing water should be used within 6 months of opening. Always check the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging.

Our commitment to zero waste means designing products that last a lifetime. The Refill Program allows you to replenish your favorite oils and butters using minimal packaging, earning rewards in the process.
How do I participate in the Refill Program?
Participation is simple and rewarding:
- Purchase an Original Ritual Set: All sets come in our durable, reusable glass and aluminum containers.
- Order Refill Pouches: When you run low, visit the "Shop Refills" section. Our refill pouches use 80% less plastic than a full bottle.
- Pour & Recycle: Pour the contents of the pouch into your original container. Clean the pouch thoroughly (it must be residue-free).
- Return for Rewards: Mail five (5) clean, empty refill pouches back to us using the free shipping label provided in your fifth refill order. You will receive a $15 credit toward your next Ritual Set!
This program applies to all Body Oils, Cleansing Liquids, and Bath Soaks.
What if I don't have my original Ritual container anymore?
The Refill Program is designed for re-using the original glass bottles to minimize our footprint. If you need a replacement bottle, you can purchase an empty, high-quality container at cost through our 'Zero Waste Essentials' page to continue participating.
what is a refill pouch?
A Refill Pouch is a lightweight, flexible container that holds the product (like Body Oils or Cleansing Liquids) and is designed to significantly reduce the plastic used compared to a rigid bottle.
Here is how it functions in the program:
- Usage: You purchase the refill pouch when your original, reusable glass or aluminum container runs low.
- Material & Recycling: The page notes that the pouch material is essential for product stability, but it's not curbside recyclable.
- Closed-Loop System: To ensure zero waste, Rosy Cheeks uses a closed-loop system. Once you've collected five clean, empty pouches, you return them using a free label for processing by a specialized industrial recycling partner, earning you a $15 store credit in the process.
